I bought my treadmill from Hercules Fitness, Marathahalli, which is an excellent showroom with a wide range of fitness equipment to try out for a demo.My experience with marketing executive Rahul was excellent—he was very pleasing, polite, provided clear explanations, was always responsive, and I truly appreciate his follow-up and convincing approach.The technicians were well-behaved and polite, but I feel they need better training, especially regarding the sophistication and sensitivity of the treadmill. For example, they scattered all the screws and tools directly on the treadmill belt, which I feel is due to a lack of proper training and information. In the end, they even lost a bolt due to a lack of organization and broke some plastic locks in the process.Hercules should focus on improving technician training to ensure better handling of sophisticated equipment, which would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
